My Halloween Experiences

October 31

This day we went to school but we only stayed there for only a few hours. We helped prepare our classmate for her costume for her competition on Ms. UN 2012.

In the afternoon, we came back to join the culmination program for United Nations Month. We participated different games which we enjoyed very much. We may not won the game but the important thing is we had fun and learn something from it.

On that night also our classmate was crowned as the first ever Ms. UN in our school. We are very proud of her. My day was just wonderful as what I expected.

November 1

I am looking forward in this day because we will meet my cousins. Me and my brothers went to St.Bernard. It is our tradition every year to have a gathering in the cemetery with all the Cinco clan. We offered a mass for all the souls of our  loved ones who departed already. We also offered flowers and lit candles.

There was a little program organized by our uncles and aunties. We ate dinner at the cemetery altogether with all our relatives. There were also games and dance presentations. We end up and went home around 10 pm. Luckily, it did not rain on that day.

November 2

I woke up early because we will go back to the cemetery to offer some flowers and say a little prayer for them to the rest of our loved ones . We also heard mass and we had our lunch their in the cemetery.

In the afternoon, we went home to Cabalian. When I arrived in our home, I slept because I felt dizzy. I woke up at around 3 in the afternoon. I spent the rest of my day reading books and surfing the internet.

I have two more days before the long vacation ends so I made most out of it.
